Deb Grover
Project Manager
Deb Grover serves as project manager at Pinstripe Incorporated. Deb has served in differing roles in,
and related to Information Technology and Change Management/Workflow and process design, providing support,
guidance, or management of information technology related functions. Projects have included those that span
multiple sites, business units and processes; extensive integration with multiple systems; significant change
management considerations; and considerable data migration. These efforts have required negotiation of processes
and practices between business units and individuals, and evaluation against stringent regulatory and compliance
requirements.
She has an in-depth knowledge and experience in the total software development life cycle and all
processes that govern it from inception through development and implementation. From her years in public service
she brings the soft skills of business relations/relationships, negotiation skills, team and individual motivation,
verbal and written communications, mentoring, client focus and dedication to job and service.
Originally from Syracuse NY (Go Orange!), Deb lives in Lowell, NC surrounded by her children and grandchildren.
In her free time she enjoys camping, watching movies (especially horror) and reading horror and true crime novels.
