Allison Caldwell

Human Resources Manager

Allison's job here at Pinstripe is one of great importance: finding the best talent and culture fit for the current company dynamic. Not only does she work with potential employees, but she also employs her people skills in order to focus on the employee body at large as our Human Resources Manager.

She brings over 15 years of Human Resources experience to Pinstripe, with a specialized focus on Recruiting and Retention strategies. As a graduate of UNC-Charlotte with a major in Organizational Communications and English, she will be obtaining her M.S. in Management and Leadership in 2012. Allison is also certified in Six Sigma for HR Professionals and will obtain her PHR Certification in 2012.

In her spare time, she enjoys a wide range of music, seeking out adventure, travelling, and spending time with her two furry "children".
